In a pocket along Napier Street in Essendon, we were lucky to work on three beautiful town houses which we did approx. 90 sqm of polished concrete per unit. The owner selected an off-white cement mix with a full stone exposure. For all units, the concrete was mechanically polished up to a 400 resin and then a penetrating sealer was applied to finish it off.
